Last month we were invited to a Valentine's Day party that included decorating sugar cookies. Both Jemma and I were on a mission to find a sugar cookie recipe that did not include milk or egg. We were amazed at what we found:

This is by far the best sugar cookie recipe I have ever had, even compared to the milk/egg ones! The trick is to not make them too thick or thin and not over cook them. I absolutely had to include the link to this amazing website, they are a godsend!
