EASY CAKE

I stumbled upon an easy cake recipe that tastes great.

1 store bought cake mix

10 oz of soda (don't use diet)

Blend with hand mixer, and bake according to directions on the box.

So I bought a chocolate cake and I opened a 12oz can of cream soda. I drank about two ounces of the soda and then I mixed the cake mix with the remaining soda. I baked divided the batter between two 8 inch pans and baked according to the directions on the back of the box.

I let it cool and frosted it. The result is pictured below.

So as a rule to thumb, for white or yellow cakes use a clear soda such as Sprite or 7Up and for a chocolate cake use a cola such as Coke or root beer.
